Alex is a Certified International Executive Matchmaker, Dating Expert, Accredited Science Based Relationship Coach & Columnist. He's also an Elected Council Member for the Association of British Introduction Agencies, helping protect consumers. He provides executive matchmaking for exceptional singles. His experience and expertise in matchmaking is extensive. For over two decades, Alex has successfully combined the ethos of matchmaking tradition with modern relationship psychology and search techniques to help Select Personal Introductions professional clientele find their ultimate match. He is highly regarded as the 'go to' authority within the dating industry, with regular appearances on TV, radio & in press. Alex is also a member of the Global Matchmaking Think Tank, managing and overseeing our UK & international matchmaking, working with world leaders and industry professionals.
Maxine
Co-founder & Certified Executive Matchmaker (Operations Director)
Maxine is a Certified International Executive Matchmaker and Dating Expert with significant dating industry experience, having initially started her dating career in business and management for the largest national dating company in the UK. She plans, tracks and evolves the company’s strategic policies and procedures ensuring that the latest, most up to date methodology, technologies, multi-layered identity & security systems and dating search techniques are administered to help achieve the most successful outcome for all our clients. Maxine is passionate about the dating industry and in helping professional singles find their perfect match, having appeared in UK and International press and media, gaining many accolades over the last 30 years.

Elaine’s industry experience and expertise within the dating sector and matchmaking field is extensive. Having gained her industry experience working with a global online dating site, she quickly recognised that it wasn’t delivering the personal element so decided to retrain, embarking on a new career in offline dating with our dedicated team here at Select Personal Introductions. She is highly driven and motivated in creating great results for our clients and plays a pivotal role in retaining our high success rate of 89%. She is an integral member of the team, having worked with us for over 20 years and is instrumental in bringing our couples together while providing them with sound advice and helpful tips to help them along their dating journey. She is also responsible for implementing our training programmes while guiding and managing the daily performance of our team.

Deborah is a friendly, confident and bubbly character who is very well-liked by our clients. Having gained her experience working with a global online brand she has fine-tuned her communication skills bringing a highly valued & caring customer experience to the clients of Select Personal Introductions, and we couldn’t be happier! Along with our dedicated support team she handles the day to day enquiries and client queries so you can rest-assured that if you need any help with matches, arranging dates, or just a general catch-up, Deborah and our matchmaking support team will always be on-hand to assist and guide you during your membership.

Katy’s background is in Media where she worked for ten years. She is a highly experienced writer from content to scripts, and is responsible for creating our clients’ biographies. She loves to get to the heart of our clients and tell their story in a concise and meaningful way. During an informal video chat, she will ask you a range of questions to find out who you are and what you are looking for, gaining a clear understanding about your core values, desires and future aspirations. Katy will then write up your profile to showcase you in readiness for your new adventure! Saskia worked for the London Olympics Legacy Project, and in her spare time developed a passion for photography, before taking up the role professionally in 2013. Having tried online dating sites and apps, she quickly discovered the pitfalls. One major bugbear was the large number of bad and old - to the point of deceptive - profile photos. Saskia is now an international award winning photographer, working with Select Personal Introductions, helping display a truly authentic, and appealing profile photo to get the best matches for clients. Saskia is great at putting our clients at ease, her ethos being of (it looking like) one of your best mates happens to be passionate about photography. You are just hanging out, and taking photos.

Her undeniable love for fashion developed at an early age and she always wanted to be a fashion designer. However, Karina followed a different path working in Telecoms as an account manager for many years before taking the plunge and training as a Personal Stylist. Karina is naturally warm and approachable in manner, dedicated to helping clients at Select Personal Introductions become the best version of themselves, taking the time to understand their needs and helping them get date-ready.
